What Is BlueHorizon?

BlueHorizon is an innovative education-to-career program that combines a health sciences associate degree from Chattanooga State Community College (ChattState) with a paid role and apprenticeship at BlueCross. It’s a direct pathway to a meaningful career in healthcare customer service—with tuition assistance for those who qualify.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members over the phone—helping them understand their health insurance benefits, resolve issues, and feel confident in their coverage.
