Many reports created from data we analyze share a common goal — making sure our members receive what they need to get healthy, stay healthy and have a positive experience while doing it. I want them to understand that even small actions, like helping someone find a doctor or understanding their benefits or co-pays, can make a difference in a member scheduling care they need.
